1. Age restriction
The Site is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they are of legal age and legally capable.
2. Acceptable use
Purchased goods must be used in accordance with the law and the rules of the relevant platforms. It is prohibited to use goods for fraud, spam, phishing, malware distribution or any other unlawful activity.
The Buyer is responsible for complying with platform rules (including Instagram and proxy operators) and for the consequences of any violations.
3. Buyer accounts
The Buyer is responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure. All actions performed using the Buyer's account are deemed performed by the Buyer.
Using automated tools to bypass limits, brute-force data or otherwise interfere with the Site is prohibited.
4. Anti-fraud
The Store applies fraud-protection measures, including rate limiting, payment verification and suspicious-activity analysis. Where fraud indicators are detected, the Store may suspend delivery, block the account and refuse service.
Chargeback attempts on already-delivered digital goods are treated as bad-faith conduct.
5. Resale and API
Resale of goods is permitted provided it does not violate the law or platform rules. API access is provided within the issued keys and their scopes; exceeding limits may lead to restricted access.
6. Consequences of violations
Violation of these Rules may result in denial of warranty, blocking of the account without a refund for already-delivered goods, and other measures permitted by law.
